There are several crucial processes involved in the production of woven bags. In order to get to the finished product, it starts with turning the raw material into tapes. Following the conversion process, the tapes are manufactured and then woven by a machine to create woven fabric. Next, the extrusion coating process is carried out based on the needs of the customer, or occasionally it is moved straight to the finishing phase. Several processes, including printing, cutting, stitching, and packing, are being carried out at this point.

Various materials, including fabric, threads, crip tape, handle, pull tape, and backseam adhesive, are used to make woven bags. All of these components in certain ratios, help in the production of coated and uncoated woven bags.

At SPL, we also provide excellent flexo printing options. The fact that this specific printing style may also be used on uncoated bags is its best feature. We can provide flexo printing on woven bags in up to four different colors at a very low cost of printing.
