Business Expansion

The Ideas
At the turn of the new century, he realised that the market would need smaller packaging and that demand for plastic-based packaging would increase.

Incorporation
Satyendra Traders Private Limited was established for trading in packaging products.
2007
First Manufacturing Unit
To meet increasing demand, the first manufacturing unit was established in Anand, India, under the name Satyendra Packaging Private Limited.
2010
Commenced Exports
The company entered international markets through exports, leading to an increase in production capacity.
2012
Second Manufacturing Unit
The second production unit was established in Anand, India, for manufacturing block-bottom cement bags.
2013
Strategic Tie-ups
Mr. Ronak Shah joined the company and established RP Overseas and Priya Plastic Bags Manufacturing LLC (Unit III) in Dubai, UAE.
2016
Global Expansion
Manufacturing Unit IV for PP woven bags and fabrics was established in Ethiopia, Africa, under the name Ethio India Packaging PLC.
2017
FIBC Production
Manufacturing Unit V for FIBC jumbo bags was established in Anand, India.
2018
European Subsidiary
SP Flexibags SL was established in Spain to serve the demand for packaging products across European countries.
2020
Unit VI & Unit VII
Manufacturing units were established in Sudan and Mozambique under the names Sudaindia Packaging and MozIndia Packaging & Manufacturing Limitida, respectively.
2021
US Subsidiary
SP Pack USA Inc. was established in the United States.
2023
Unit VIII
Manufacturing Unit VIII was established for the production of BOPP packaging and industrial films.
2024
Unit IX
Manufacturing Unit IX was established for the production and distribution of masterbatches.
