Our Block Bottom Bag Manufacturing Process
Several essential procedures are involved in the production of block bottom bags. The process starts with the machine being loaded with a tubular roll of laminated, printed woven cloth. The cloth is trimmed to the required bag cut length as it moves through the machine.
Next, one side of the fabric is folded over the other at the end of the bag, and pressure and heat are applied for airtight sealing. A second roll applies a material strip that overlaps the sealed ends – a step known as patching. While the patch is being applied, the valve is also formed, and the finished bags are produced at the final stage.
